CURT CARPENTER

Curt Carpenter and his wife Cindy are living in Aspen Colorado. They have two children: Cornelia is 20 and Fritz is 15.

Curt is a self employed graphic artist.

And just what has he been up to ? "I have a small design studio in this little town in the mountains designing maps, books, and illustration, for interesting clients, like the 10th Mountain Hut System, the Aspen Music Festival, a big, wood, 18th-century tall-ship called Lynx, and a couple of small natural history publishers. I also coach nordic combined (cross-country and ski jumping) for the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard club. Been married for 22 years to Cindy Caster whose family made Caster Surfboards in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Cornelia's a junior at Denver University majoring in art and geography. Fritz is a sophomore at Aspen High School."

Favorite EHS memories? "Working on the yearbook—was Gregg Shamanski really the editor?, sharing locker space with KC Conlin, and walking through the Zoo to go to my grandmother's house after school to either mow her lawn, or shovel her sidewalk."

Thanks Curt - I do hope we will see you this summer !!
